มดมีเรื่องที่จะแจ้งให้คุณทราบคือ ในที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาได้ตกลงอนุมัติให้จัดซื้อที่ดินที่หน้าโรงเรียนโดยใช้เงินดอกผลของทุน คุณพ่อบุญธรรมคุณแม่เย็นมาซื้อในราคา ๒ แสนบาท เราใช้ดอกผล ของทุน กางกรณ์ ปีละ ๕ หมื่น ซึ่งที่ดินมี ๒ แปลง แปลงที่ ๑ นั่น  ดร.ณรงค์และดร.สุปราณีชื้อให้โรงเรียนในราคา ๓ แสน จะทำพิธีมอบในวันที่ ๑๔ มกราคมนี้       ส่วนแปลงที่ ๒ นั้น ใช้ชื่อคุณสมโภชน์ คุณมนตรี กางกรณ์และตุณกีย์ เป็นผ้มอบ โดยเขียนป้ายประกาศไว้หน้าโรงเรียนและในวารสารของโรงเรียนคะ

คุณจะกลับเมืองไทยเมื่อไหร่คะ ถ้ากลับมาคงได้ทำพิธีมอบเป็นทางการอิกครั้งนะคะ หวังว่าคุณคงสบายดี

Bonne et heureuse année à vous, Montri et Guy, J'espère que vous allez bien. Je tiens à vous informer que le conseils d'éducation ont donné le feu vert à notre école pour faire acheter les deux terrains qui touche notre établissement qui se trouve en face de notre école:

            Terrain N° 1er , terrain coûte 300 000 Bath. Il sera financé par les habituels donateurs; les docteurs Narong  et Supranee.

             Terrain N° 2er,  coûte 200 000 Bath, et avec un accord de votre frère, Somport, il sera financé par les intérêts de la bourse "Kangkorn" ( un versement de 50 000 bath par an pendant 4 ans), au nom de Somport et Montri Kangkorn (pour les archives) et nous aimerons que Khun Guy en fasse la remise.

            La remise officielle de ces deux parcelles aura lieu le 14 janvier

( journée des enfants). Les deux terrains auront un panneau les noms des donateurs

            Je ne sais pas quand vous viendrez en Thaïlande, si vous n'arriviez pas au temps, nous ferons une deuxième remise officielle en votre présence.

Translation of the e-mail from Koo Modt in Ban Sataey

Happy new year to you,  Montri and Guy, I hope you are well. I would like to let you know that the education advisors have given our school the "green light" (authorise)  for the purchase of two parcels of land that abut our establishment and are situated in front of our school:

The first parcel costs 300,000 bahts. It will be financed by the usual donors; Doctors Narong and Supranee.

The second parcel costs 200,000 bahts, and with the agreement of your brother Somport, it will be financed using the interest earned by the Kangkorn Fund (a payment of 50,000  bahts per year for 4 years), in the name of Somport and Montri Kangkorn (for the archives) and we would like Khun Guy to make the handover.

The official handover of these two parcels will take place on January 14 (Children’s Day). Each parcel will display a panel with the names of the donors.

I don’t know when you’ll be coming to Thailand again, but if you do not arrive in time, we will organize a second official handover in your presence.

มอบที่นาให้แก่โรงเรียน

              ปี 2012 นี้ พวกเราต้องเลื่อนการเดินทางมาเยี่อมโรงเรียน บ้านสระเตย ก่อนกำหนด 28 ชม เพื่อจะได้มาร่วมในงาน มอบที่ดินให้โรงเรียนต่อหน้าผู้แทน ศึกษาธิการจังหวัดลพบุรี

ที่ดินจำนวน สองงาน หรือประมาณ 800 ตารางเมตรที่กองทุนของ คุณพ่อบุญธรรม แม่เย็น กางกรณ์ ซื้อให้ โดยนำ ดอกเบี้ยบางส่วน ของทุนการศึกษา กางกรณ์ นี้  มาผ่อนซื้อภายใน  4 ปี และในระยะนี้ทางสามาคมของ เพื่อนๆมะขามเฒ่าที่ฝรั่งเศส กำลังเดินเรื่องของความช่วยเหลือจากธนาคาร กสิกร ในฝรั่งเศส เพื่อมาจ่ายแทนทุนนี้อยู่

               และในครั้งนี้เช่นกัน มีครอบครัวของ คุณ ดร. ณรงค์ และคุณ ดร. สุปราณี ชินบุตร ผู้สร้างอาคารเรียนต่างๆ ให้กับ โรงเรียนนี้ ได้มีจิตรศัทธาซึ้อที่ดินติดกัน ซึ่งใหญ่กว่าที่ของพวกเรา มีพื่นที่ สามงาน หรือประมาณ 1200 ตารางเมตร เพื่อมอบให้กับโรงเรียนเช่นกัน เพื่อจดประสงค์ที่จะให้โรงเรียน ทำเป็นแปลง ทำนา สาธิต และฝึกสอนให้กับเด็กๆนักเรียน เพื่อจะได้ เรียนรู้วิธีการทำนา และจะได้เอาไว้ ประดับครวมรู้ หรือเพื่อการทำงานหากิน เลี้ยงชีพ ต่อไปภายหน้า ทางโรงเรียนมีโครงการไว้ว่า ถึงแม้ว่าเด็กๆ ส่วนใหญ่ จะเป็นลูกชาวนาก็จริง แต่สมัยนี้เด็กๆ กำลังจะลืม อาชีพของ บรรพบุรุษของตนเอง เนื่องจากความเจริญของเทคโนโลยี สมัยนี้ไปหมด

                นาสองแปลงนี้ จะทำให้เด็กเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับข้าว แต่ละชนิด ว่ามีความแตกต่างกันมากแค่ใหน และประเภทใหนที่มีความ นิยม ปลูกกันมาก และรวมทั้งรู้จัก คุณภาพของข้าวแต่ละชนิด หลักจากการเก็บเกี่ยว และหลังจาก หักค่าใช้จ่ายแล้ว ข้าวบางส่วนจะได้เอามาใข้ ทานสำหรับ อาหารกลางวัน ของเด็กๆ และส่วนที่เหลือจะได้เอาไปขาย เพื่อแบ่งปันกัน ระหว่าง เด็กๆที่ทำงานในโครงการนี้ เพื่อจะได้เป็นกำลังใจให้เด็กๆที่มีความตั้งใจ และความสนใจในการทำงาน ต่อไปทางโรงเรียนบ้านสระเตยได้มีโคลงการต่างๆ สำหรับเด็กๆ เพื่อจะได้เรียนรู้กับ การกสิกร มาหลายๆ อย่าง เช่น การเพาะปลูก เห็น ฝาง ต่างๆ การทำสวนครัว และ การเพาะปลูก พริกนานาชนิด ซึ่งเป็นที่นิยมกัน มากสำหรับขาวไทย และครั้งนี้คือ การทำนา อย่าลืมว่าข้าวมีความสำคัญมาก และเป็นอาหารหลัก กับ ชีวิตประจำวันของขาวพื้นเมือง โดยเฉลี่ยแล้ว คนๆหนึ่งจะทานข้าวประมาณ 150 กก ต่อปี และที่ประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศที่ส่งข้าวเป็นสินค้าออกมากเป็นอันดับหนึ่งของโลก ซึ่งส่งออก ประมาณ 22 ล้านตันต่อปี

Une rizière pour  l’école   

              Cette année 2012, nous avons avancé notre première visite à l’école de 48 heures afin d’être présent de la remise officielle devant les autorités préfectorales. Un titre de propriété de 800 m² de terre que la bourse KANGKORN a fait don à l’école. En ce moment l'association "Les amis du Vieux Tamarin" a entrain de faire un démanche au près du Crédite Agricole de France pour la subvention de cet achat.

              Une autre famille: Dr. Narong et Dr. Supranee CHITNABOOT (donateurs des bâtiments de l'école Ban Sataey) ont fait le même don pour une parcelle de 1 200 m²   contiguë à la nôtre dans le même but.

              Cette rizière permettra aux élèves qui le désirent de mettre en application des différentes méthodes de cultures et de variété de riz. Une partie du la récolte pour la cantine scolaire, une 2^ème pour le remboursement de la semence, pesticide et engrais puis le reste sera partager pour encourager l’effort, la motivation des élèves concernées. A savoir que l’école dispose 4 disciplines pour l’agriculture ; le potager, la riziculture, la champignonnière et la culture du piment dont les thaïlandais font une très forte consommation. Le riz qui est la base de la nourriture national consommation est de 150 kg/ habitant. Le pays, 1^er exportateur monial avec un peu plus de 22 millions de tonnes par an de production.

A rice field for the school

              In 2012, we advanced the date of our first visit to the school by 48 hours in order to be present at the official handover with the authorities of the prefecture in attendance: the title to the 800 m² parcel of land that the Kangkorn Fund donated to the school. At present, the Les Amis du Vieux Tamarin association is in the process of requesting from the French bank Crédit Agricole a grant for this purchase.

                Another family, Drs. Narong and Supranee Chitnaboot (who donated the buildings for the Ban Sataey school) have donated a 1,200 m² parcel contiguous to ours for the same purpose.

               This rice field will enable the students who so desire to apply various growing methods and try different varieties of rice. Part of the harvest will go to the school cafeteria, a second part will go to paying the costs of seeds, pesticide and fertilizer, while the remainder will be shared to encourage the effort and motivation of the students involved. It should be noted that the school agricultural program is divided into 4 disciplines: the production of vegetables, rice, mushrooms and Thai chillis, which are very widely consumed. Rice consumption, the basis of the country’s diet, is 150 kg per inhabitant per year. The country is the world’s leading exporter, with annual production of more than 22 million metric tons.
